A key focus of this role is to build intelligent, AI-driven and agent-based systems (Autonomous/LLM-based workflows, copilots, or multi-agent frameworks) integrated with enterprise applications.\nRole : Full Stack Developer (.NET)\nExperience: 2-4 Years\nLocation: Noida\nEmployment Type: Full Time\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using C#, .NET, and related technologies.\n\nBuild and integrate AI-powered and agentic workflows using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and APIs.\n\nDevelop autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for workflow automation, decision-making, and conversational use cases.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.\n\nDevelop and optimize SQL and NoSQL database schemas, queries, and procedures.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.\n\nImplement and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging applications.\n\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.\n\nWork with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular/React).\n\nIntegrate AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) into enterprise applications.\n\nDocument technical specifications, AI workflows, and system architecture.\n\nStay updated with emerging AI technologies and propose innovative solutions.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n\n2-4 years of experience in full stack development with C# and .NET (ASP.NET, .NET Core).\n\nHands-on experience in Agentic AI development, including:\nBuilding AI agents / copilots / autonomous workflows\n\nWorking with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)\n\nPrompt engineering and context management\n\nOrchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar)\n\nStrong understanding of Generative AI concepts and real-world implementation.\n\nProficient in writing and maintaining unit tests (NUnit, MSTest, xUnit).\n\nStrong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.).\n\nExperience with front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; frameworks like Angular/React.\n\nSolid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.\n\nFamiliarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\n\nPreferred / Good-to-Have Skills\nExperience with BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Cucumber, etc.).\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) for AI/ML deployments.\n\nExposure to vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines.\n\nExperience in healthcare or enterprise workflow automation solutions.\n\nWorking in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
