This role ensures timely resolution of outstanding claims, drives team performance, maintains client service levels, and identifies process improvement opportunities to maximize collections and reduce AR ageing. The incumbent will lead a team of AR professionals, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and support operational excellence through data-driven decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperational Management\nManage and oversee AR Follow-Up operations to ensure timely resolution of unpaid claims.\n\nMonitor team productivity, quality, and collection performance against established goals and client expectations.\n\nEnsure compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.\n\nDrive operational efficiency through effective resource utilization and process optimization.\n\nAct as the first level of escalation for process-related, client-related, and people-related concerns.\n\nPeople Management\nLead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve operational and developmental objectives.\n\nConduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching interventions.\n\nDrive employee engagement and retention initiatives.\n\nManage attendance, scheduling, workforce planning, and shift adherence.\n\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n\nPerformance & Process Excellence\nAnalyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.\n\nPrepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and action plans to leadership.\n\nImplement corrective and preventive actions to address operational challenges.\n\nSupport process improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and financial outcomes.\n\nEnsure adherence to aggressive operational metrics and client service-level commitment.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalations and improve process outcomes.\n\nEnsure timely communication and execution of client requirements and expectations.\n\nParticipate in business reviews and operational meetings as required.\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nStrong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and AR Follow-Up processes.\n\nGood understanding of insurance claim adjudication, denials, appeals, and collections.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to interpret operational data and derive actionable insights.\n\nExcellent people with management and leadership capabilities.\n\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and performance dashboard.\n\nStrong focus on quality, productivity, and operational excellence.\n\nQualifications\nGraduate in any discipline (mandatory).\nMinimum 7-8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with substantial experience in AR Follow-Up.\nMinimum 1-2 years of people management experience leading teams in an operational environment.\nProven experience in performance management, process improvement, and client-facing operations.\nWorking in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
