This role provides real-time guidance to associates, helps resolve workflow barriers, and promotes accurate, timely, and patient-centered service delivery.\nLocation: 601 E 15th St, Austin, TX 78701\nShift: Full Time.Wednesday, 12:00 AM-6:00 AM; Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM\nResponsibilities:\nReview daily and monthly productivity metrics.\n\nMonitor associate performance\n\nTrack collection performance regularly to remain on pace for the monthly goal\n\nProvide immediate coaching and follow-up for associates who are not meeting expectations.\n\nComplete all assigned leadership tasks daily without repeated reminders.\n\nLead by example through punctuality, professionalism, accountability, and consistent follow-through\n\nRequirements:\nExperience in Patient Access, registration, insurance verification, or hospital admitting operations\n\nWorking knowledge of inpatient verification workflows, documentation standards, and front-end revenue cycle processes\n\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills\n\nAbility to monitor multiple workflows and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to coach staff, reinforce expectations, and support operational compliance\n\nExperience with systems such as Entri, Compass, EMPI, or similar patient access applications preferred\n\nFor this US-based position, the base pay range is $17.60 - $25.25 per hour .
