The candidate will work closely with international clients and global teams, lead AI development teams, create and demonstrate AI/ML Proof of Concepts (POCs), and deliver scalable AI solutions aligned with business requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead AI/ML projects from conceptualization and architecture to implementation and deployment.\n\n- Lead the creation and development of AI/ML POCs based on business and client requirements.\n\n- Translate business requirements into AI solution concepts, prototypes, and Proof of Concepts to validate technical feasibility and business value.\n\n- Design and develop scalable and robust AI/ML models and systems.\n\n- Develop AI/ML prototypes and POCs using technologies such as Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.\n\n- Present POC architecture, approach, outcomes, and recommendations to international clients and stakeholders.\n\n- Evaluate POC results and identify opportunities to scale successful POCs into production-ready AI solutions.\n\n- Work with international clients and global teams to understand business requirements and provide effective AI solutions.\n\n- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the AI development team.\n\n- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product Management, and Business teams.\n\n- Ensure code quality, documentation, security, compliance, and timely project delivery.\n\n- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, POC demonstrations, and project reports for clients and stakeholders.\n\n- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML Development\n\n- Strong experience in AI/ML Project Delivery from Scratch to Deployment\n\n- Hands-on experience in AI/ML POC Creation and Development\n\n- Experience in Proof of Concept (POC) Development and AI Prototyping\n\n- Experience converting Business Requirements into AI/ML Solutions and POCs\n\n- Experience in POC-to-Production / Productionization of AI Solutions\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Python\n\n- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning (ML)\n\n- Experience in Deep Learning\n\n- Experience in NLP / Natural Language Processing\n\n- Experience in Computer Vision or related AI technologies\n\n- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch\n\n- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)\n\n- Strong understanding of Scalable System Design\n\n- Experience in AI Architecture and Solution Design\n\n- Experience in Technical Leadership and Team Mentoring\n\n- Experience working with International Clients and Global Teams\n\n- Experience in Client-Facing AI Solutioning and POC Presentations\n\n- Strong Client-Facing Communication\n\n- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills\n\nPreferred Profile : \n\nCandidates should have a strong combination of AI/ML development, Python programming, AI solution architecture, POC development, project delivery, and technical leadership experience.
