resolve application and production issues.\n\n- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for production defects.\n\n- Identify application performance bottlenecks and implement appropriate performance improvements.\n\n- Participate in application monitoring and troubleshooting using tools such as AppDynamics.\n\n- Implement and support Continuous Integration (CI) practices and development processes.\n\n- Work with tools such as Jenkins, JUnit, and GitLab for build, testing, source control, and CI/CD activities.\n\n- Estimate, plan, track, and deliver development tasks within defined timelines.\n\n- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.\n\n- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.\n\nKey Skills : \n\n- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.\n\n- Minimum 6 years of hands-on IT application development experience.\n\n- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Guidewire BillingCenter development experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter 9.0 or higher.\n\n- Proven experience in Guidewire BillingCenter Configuration and Integration.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Guidewire development and configuration practices.\n\n- Guidewire Certification is mandatory.\n\n- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SQL experience with SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and/or NoSQL technologies.\n\n- Minimum 2 years of experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.\n\n- Knowledge of application monitoring tools such as AppDynamics.\n\n- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development best practices.\n\n- Experience with functional and technical specification preparation.\n\n- Strong understanding of development estimation, planning, and task tracking.\n\n- Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues.\n\n- Experience identifying and resolving application performance bottlenecks.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration practices and tools, including Jenkins, JUnit, and GitLab.\n\n- Proficiency in writing configurable, maintainable, reusable, and testable code.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good communication and collaboration
