The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and BICC, coupled with a solid understanding of finance and HCM business functions.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Develop, test, and deploy reports using Oracle ERP Cloud tools including BI Publisher, OTBI, and BICC.\n\n- Translate business requirements into effective, scalable reporting solutions ensuring performance and maintainability.\n\n- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including design specifications, data mappings, and data models.\n\n- Analyze business needs and generate data-driven insights to support decision-making.\n\n- Validate report data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.\n\n- Develop ad-hoc reports and schedule data extracts for various business units.\n\n- Collaborate with Finance, HCM, PPM, and IT stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting needs.\n\n- Troubleshoot report performance issues and resolve data discrepancies.\n\n- Provide mentorship, guidance, and knowledge transfer to junior developers and power users.\n\n- Conduct training sessions on report usage, features, and best practices.\n\n- Stay current with updates and new features in Oracle Cloud ERP reporting tools and recommend best practices for implementation.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud and related reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC).\n\n- Strong proficiency in HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader, Payroll, Absence, Core HR, Talent Management.\n\n- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL scripting.\n\n- Experience with Oracle Cloud data models and subject areas.\n\n- Understanding of Oracle Financials (GL, AR, AP), HCM, and PPM modules.\n\n- Ability to optimize report performance and handle large datasets.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\n\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\n- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nCompetencies & Attributes : \n\n- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\n- Ability to communicate complex technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Ownership of the entire report development lifecycle.\n\n- Receptive to feedback and committed to
