Clinicians engage with individuals who have been impacted by a crisis and offer behavioral health support and coaching by supporting best-practice behavioral health treatment and return-to-work methods. The Remote Case Coordinator assists individuals with establishing quality treatment through R3 Continuum’s network of behavioral health clinicians and facilitates positive outcomes with clinical oversight from internal subject matter experts.\nShifts available (adjust for your time zone):\n8:30am ET - 5:00pm ET with some flexibility\nCase Coordination Essential Functions:\nProvide direct behavioral health support to individuals, groups and organizations using verbal and written communication related to treatment and return-to-work needs\nUtilize various methods of behavioral health service delivery including telephone and video\nCommunicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers and other external sources\nInteract with clients to assist them in gaining insight, defining goals, and planning action using clinical experience to achieve effective personal or vocational development and adjustment\nProvide advice on best practices and implementation for individual behavioral health, and workplace resilience and wellbeing\nEvaluate the effectiveness of counseling or treatments and the accuracy and completeness of diagnoses, recommend modifications to plans or diagnoses as necessary\nUse relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards\nProvide guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems, or process-related topics\nRefer individuals to other specialists, institutions, or support services as necessary\nConsult with or provide consultation to other doctors, therapists, or clinicians regarding care\nCoordinate and oversee services for a caseload of clients seeking behavioral health treatment using verbal and written communication related to treatment and return-to-work needs\nMaintain collaborative relationships with coworkers, customers, and clients\nProvide consultation to other clinicians regarding best practices in behavioral health treatment\nInterpret the meaning of information for others\nComplete reports within designated time frames\nConsistently meet department clinical billable and documentation standards for case coordination work\nOther Essential Functions\nDevelop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work\nDevelop, design, or create new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products\nEncourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members\nConsult reference material, such as textbooks, manuals, or journals to enhance learning\nParticipate in department and company meetings, as requested\nOther duties as assigned\nOvertime/additional hours may be mandatory at times due to changes in workload\nRequirements\nRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:\nKnowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders\nKnowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance\nKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. The position’s pay range represents the national average pay for similar roles. R3 considers factors such as (but not limited to) experience, internal pay equity and other business considerations when extending an offer.\nAll applicants must reside in the United States.
