You'll work at the intersection of software development, large language models, predictive analytics, and investment analysis.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop end-to-end AI applications, from concept through deployment\nCreate and optimize deep learning models for diverse data types (time-series, business data, images) and prediction tasks\nBuild and enhance large language models trained on proprietary research data\nImplement real-time prediction systems operating on various timescales (millisecond to daily)\nDevelop full-stack AI applications with both frontend and backend components\nOptimize model performance and solve complex multi-layered data challenges\nAcademic & Experience Requirements\nMaster's in a Computer Science - AI and Machine Learning field required; Bachelors Degree with equivalent experience\nExtensive academic or professional background in Computer Science with AI specialization\n2-3 years of professional software engineering experience\nHealthcare and/or finance industry experience strongly preferred\nTechnical Requirements\nExpert-level Python programming skills\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript and Java\nDeep understanding of machine learning fundamentals (regression, classification, clustering)\nExtensive knowledge of neural networks and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch)\nProven expertise with AWS AI platforms (SageMaker, Bedrock)\nExperience with containerization and orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes)\nStrong foundation in algorithms and data structures\nStrong proficiency with the latest agentic coding techniques using tools like Claude Code or Codex. \nProfessional experience with building advanced AI workflows, MCPs, agent swarms etc…\nAdditional Requirements\nExcellent English communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders\nStrong problem-solving abilities and investigative mindset\nExperience with full AI/ML development lifecycle\nAbility to work in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment\nAbility to work in a hybrid environment in our local Boston office\nWhat Makes This Role Unique\nYou'll be working with extensive proprietary datasets and building systems that directly impact investment decisions in breakthrough medical and climate technologies.
