The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions for B2B and B2C clients.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in eCommerce implementations, storefront development, product catalog management, pricing, promotions, checkout, order management, integrations, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud customization.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B and B2C solutions.\nWork with business and technical teams to understand eCommerce requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.\nDevelop and customize Commerce Cloud storefronts and eCommerce experiences.\nConfigure and manage: Product Catalog, Categories and Product Attributes, Pricing and Price Books, Promotions and Discounts, Search and Navigation, Cart and Checkout, Inventory, Orders and Order Management, Customer Accounts, B2B Accounts and Buyer Groups, and Payment and Shipping.\nDevelop B2B commerce capabilities, including account-based purchasing, buyer groups, entitlements, catalogs, pricing, and approval processes.\nDevelop B2C commerce experiences, including customer registration, product discovery, cart, checkout, promotions, and order management.\nDevelop custom functionality using appropriate Commerce Cloud technologies and frameworks.\nWork on integrations with Salesforce CRM and external systems such as ERP, OMS, PIM, payment gateways, tax, shipping, and inventory systems.\nDevelop and consume APIs and web services for Commerce Cloud integrations.\nImplement secure and scalable solutions following Salesforce Commerce Cloud best practices.\nTroubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.\nParticipate in technical design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.\nWork closely with solution architects, business analysts, QA teams, project managers, and client stakeholders.\nParticipate in client discussions, requirement workshops, technical demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.\nPrepare technical documentation and deployment/support documentation.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong technical and functional understanding of Commerce Cloud.\nAbility to independently own Commerce Cloud development and deliverables.\nGood understanding of both B2B and B2C eCommerce business processes.\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with distributed teams.\nStrong focus on quality, performance, security, and maintainability.\nA bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred.\n5+ years of overall Salesforce / Commerce Cloud experience.\n2+ years of strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B and B2C.\nExperience implementing and customizing eCommerce platforms.\nStrong understanding of B2B and B2C commerce processes.\nExperience with: Product Catalog Management, Pricing and Promotions, Shopping Cart, Checkout, Order Management, Inventory, Customer Management, Search and Product Discovery, and Payment and Shipping.\nStrong development experience with Commerce Cloud technologies.\nExperience with APIs, integrations, REST/SOAP, and web services.\nExperience integrating Commerce Cloud with CRM, ERP, OMS, PIM, payment, tax, shipping, and other external systems.\nStrong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development concepts.\nGood understanding of the Salesforce data model and security.\nExperience with deployment, version control, CI/CD, and release management.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nGood understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nB2B Commerce Experience: Candidates should have experience with areas such as B2B accounts, buyer groups, account-specific catalogs, entitlements, account-specific pricing, multiple buyers/users, approval processes, B2B checkout, order management, and contract/account-based purchasing.\nB2C Commerce Experience: Candidates should have experience with areas such as consumer storefronts, customer registration and login, product catalog and search, product recommendations, promotions and discounts, cart and checkout, payment integration, shipping integration, order tracking, and customer order history.\n\nPreferred skills will be an added advantage. \nSalesforce Commerce Cloud certifications.\nExperience with both B2B Commerce and B2C Commerce implementations.\nExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud integrations.\nExperience with Order Management.\nExperience with MuleSoft or other integration/middleware platforms.\nExperience with PIM, ERP, OMS, payment, tax, and shipping integrations.\nExperience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.\nExperience working on large-scale global eCommerce implementations.\nExperience working directly with enterprise clients.\nSkills\nAPIs, CRM,
