Immediate / Short Notice Preferred\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with strong experience in Core ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, ABAP on HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData and modern SAP development.\n\nThe ideal candidate should be capable of developing and enhancing SAP applications, building integrations, supporting S/4HANA environments, and working closely with functional consultants to deliver scalable and high-quality technical solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Design, develop, test and deploy SAP applications using Core ABAP and S/4HANA development techniques.\n* Develop and enhance applications using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).\n* Develop RAP Business Objects, Behavior Definitions, Behavior Implementations, Service Definitions and Service Bindings.\n* Create, extend and optimize CDS Views / CDS View Entities, including annotations and associations.\n* Develop and consume OData and REST APIs for SAP and external system integrations.\n* Develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows and data conversion programs using ABAP.\n* Work with Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) and ABAP on HANA.\n* Develop and support integrations using BAPIs, RFCs, Function Modules, IDocs/ALE, REST and SOAP.\n* Develop and maintain Adobe Forms / Smart Forms.\n* Support SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and OData-based services.\n* Develop and monitor integrations using SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite, where applicable.\n* Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, defect fixing and production support.\n* Perform performance tuning and SQL optimization using HANA-optimized development techniques.\n* Follow Clean Core principles and SAP development best practices.\n* Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing and quality assurance activities.\n* Work closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.\n* Prepare technical specifications and maintain development documentation.\n* Support SAP S/4HANA migration, conversion, upgrade and custom code remediation activities.\n\nMandatory Skills\n\n* Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP\n* ABAP on HANA\n* SAP S/4HANA\n* Object-Oriented ABAP\n* CDS Views / CDS View Entities\n* OData Services\n* Strong knowledge of ABAP development and debugging\n* Reports – Classical / ALV\n* Enhancements – User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs / Enhancement Framework\n* BAPIs, RFCs and Function Modules\n* IDoc / ALE\n* Smart Forms / Adobe Forms\n* Good understanding of SAP development lifecycle and transport management\n\nPreferred / Good-to-Have Skills\n\n* RAP – RESTful ABAP Programming Model\n* RAP Business Objects, Behavior Definitions and Service Definitions\n* Eclipse ADT\n* Fiori / SAPUI5\n* SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite\n* REST / SOAP APIs\n* ABAP Proxies\n* AIF interface monitoring and error handling\n* Clean Core development\n* ATC / Code Inspector\n* Custom Code Remediation\n* HANA SQL performance optimization\n* SAP BTP / ABAP Cloud\n\nFunctional Exposure – Good to Have\n\nExperience in any one of the following SAP areas is preferred:\n\n* SAP EWM\n * Inbound / Outbound Processes\n * Warehouse Tasks\n * Warehouse Orders\n * RF Development\n * PPF Enhancements\n\nOR\n\n* SAP TM\n * Freight Orders\n * Freight Units\n * Transportation Planning\n * BOPF Enhancements\n\nFunctional exposure in FICO, MM or SD is also an advantage.\n\nCandidate Profile\n\n* 6–10 years of relevant SAP technical experience.\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.\n* Ability to work independently as well as with functional and technical teams.\n* Experience in development, implementation, rollout, upgrade or production support projects.\n* Strong understanding of SAP coding standards, performance optimization and development best practices.\n\nEducation\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.\n\nSAP certifications in ABAP, S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP or related technologies will be an added advantage.\nSkills\nS/4 HANA, RAP, CDS,
