Learn more at raben.co.\nWhat We Seek:\nThe IT & Systems Specialist provides high-level support for Raben’s day-to-day technology needs and internal platforms, including Monday.com and the firm’s CRM, helping ensure staff have reliable access to the systems, tools, and assistance needed to work effectively. The ideal candidate is technically curious, service-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with both technical and nontechnical colleagues.\nThis position is located in our Washington, DC office and follows a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in office. We offer schedule flexibility, while prioritizing a consistent and meaningful in-office presence to support collaboration and team engagement. \nResponsibilities:\nServe as the first point of contact for staff technology help, managing support tickets from intake through resolution and keeping staff updated on status.\nTroubleshoot basic and intermediate hardware, software, connectivity, account-access, and application issues, escalating more complex cases to Raben's external IT provider with clear documentation and tracking them through to closure.\nSupport employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, device setup, permissions, system access, and removal of access.\nHelp administer workplace technology platforms, accounts, and software, including routine updates, user-access changes, configuration, and maintenance.\nSupport day-to-day administration of Monday.com and the CRM, including boards, workflows, forms, dashboards, integrations, and automations - testing changes before release and fixing errors, broken connections, and access issues.\nCreate and maintain how-to guides, FAQs, and system documentation, and train and assist staff in using Raben's technology tools effectively.\nSupport IT, cybersecurity, and data-protection practices, track technology inventory including devices, software licenses, and system assignments, and flag recurring issues and opportunities to improve systems.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in a technology related field, or an equivalent combination of educational and professional experiences. \nExperience managing support tickets and coordinating technical issues with an external IT vendor or managed services provider. \nExperience with Monday.com, particularly backend administration, workflows, integrations, and automations, isstrongly preferred. \nPrior customer support and/or help- desk experience with a high level of customer interface. \nExperience supporting a CRM or other workflow-management platform is preferred. \nExpertise in Microsoft 365 applications and environments. \nApplication Instructions:\nTo apply, please submit an application and resume via our online job portal.
