You will be responsible for leading the branches, made up of Rural Managers and support staff (Rural Officers and Analysts) to achieve business performance and customer satisfaction through effective and appropriate delivery of products and services.\nYou will achieve this by:\nHaving a sound understanding of the competitive environment in the market.\nProactively engaging with clients, prospects, and other relevant stakeholders.\nMeeting the strategic objectives of not only the Branch but also the State and Country Banking Australia.\nFoster an environment of continuous improvement.\nEngaging with our external clients and translating their story into tangible business and strategic insights.\nLead, mentor and coach the members of the branch and foster the culture.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique business culture and help local farmers maintain and grow their business whilst they set themselves up for future succession.\nWhat we are looking for\nStrong experience as an Account Manager or similar.\nKnowledge of the Food and Agribusiness industry.\nDemonstrated leadership, coaching and management skills.\nGood organisational and communication skills.\nCredit analysis skills.\nWhat we're proud to offer you:\nA competitive remuneration package, including a fully maintained vehicle, will be offered for the successful candidate.\nWellbeing leave.
