You will act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, originate complex transactions, and shape Rabobank’s long-term position in the German Tech market.\nBacked by a strong balance sheet, an international platform, and deep sector expertise, you will play a key role in delivering Rabobank’s growth ambitions in Europe.\nProspect/Client Focus:\nThe role will focus on clients with EBITDA exceeding € 50 million and/or annual revenues above € 500 million, operating across the following subsectors:\nIT Services and Software: including enterprise software, business software, IT consulting\nDigital Infrastructure: Data storage, processing, cloud services, fibre networks, telcos and tower companies \nSemiconductor: chip design, manufacturing, materials, and integration into end products\n Key Responsibilities:\nLead origination, structuring, and execution of lending, capital markets, and structured finance transactions\nBuild and develop strong, trust-based senior-level relationships across the Tech sector\nGrow and deepen client relationships with a focus on long-term value\nIdentify and develop new opportunities within the German Tech ecosystem\nAct as a sector expert, sharing insights and contributing to team success\n Collaborate with internal (product) teams to deliver tailored client solutions\n Skills & Experience:\nWe value potential as much as experience.
