You will work with different business areas, help address data challenges and contribute to initiatives that strengthen governance, improve data quality and support reliable decision-making.\nMain responsibilities:\nImplement and continuously improve the Data Management Framework across South America, translating global standards into practical approaches that address regional needs and regulatory requirements.\nWork with multiple and diverse teams to embed Data Management practices into processes, providing clear guidance on requirements, roles and responsibilities.\nAnalyse implementation progress, Data Management indicators and action plans, identifying gaps and recommending practical next steps.\nContribute to initiatives across Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Definitions, Data Lineage, Data Processes & Controls and Data Issue Management.\nAssess new and evolving requirements with the team, helping translate them into implementation actions and improvements.\nPrepare clear analyses, reports and presentations for executive committees and governance forums, highlighting progress, challenges and matters requiring attention.\nCollaborate with global Data Management teams and participate in international forums to exchange knowledge, align initiatives and bring relevant practices to the region.\nPropose and implement improvements that simplify processes, strengthen controls and increase efficiency.\nMain requirements:\nExperience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Risk, Compliance, Process Management or related fields.\nProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting and communication.\nPractical experience applying policies, standards, processes or controls in a business environment.\nFluent English, written and spoken, for regular collaboration with international teams.
