You bring together monitoring, event management, logging and synthetic user monitoring data in one integrated view of Rabobank’s critical business chains.\nYou maximise the business value of the visualisation capability based on SUSE Observability. You work closely with Engineering, Operations, Risk, Service Management and business stakeholders to understand their needs, set priorities and make clear choices. Clarify needs, align priorities, manage expectations and facilitate decisions when interests or requirements differ. \nDrive the integration and visualisation of observability data from ARIS, HALO, OBM, Dynatrace, Splunk, Piano Analytics and WTTSS into reliable, business-relevant service views and dashboards. \nPosition in the organisation: You set the product direction for E2E Critical Business Chain Visualisation. Experience with ITIL, SRE, DevOps and operational resilience is a strong advantage.\nAbility to translate strategic objectives and complex technical insights into a clear product vision, roadmap, prioritised backlog, measurable outcomes and understandable business information.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.
