You’ll take campaigns from initial brief through to delivery, bringing together different teams and external partners to make sure activity stays on track and delivers a great customer experience.\nData and insight will play an important part too. You’ll look at campaign performance to understand what’s working, spot opportunities for growth and help optimise everything from landing pages and customer journeys to future campaign activity.\nWith 1+ years’ marketing experience, you’ll already have a good grounding in campaign delivery, but you don’t need to be an expert in every channel. After passing probation, you’ll automatically join our Colleague Share Scheme, giving you a stake in our collective success.\nWhat you’ll do\nYou’ll take a hands-on role in coordinating and delivering marketing campaigns, working across teams to keep activity moving and ensuring everyone has what they need to deliver.\nYou’ll also:\nManage campaigns from initial brief and proposition development through creative production, approvals, delivery and post-campaign review.\nCoordinate activity across internal teams, agencies, suppliers and external partners, keeping timelines, actions and dependencies on track.\nSupport activity across online and offline channels including web, email, direct mail, SMS, app, SEO and paid media.\nReview landing pages and customer journeys with an optimisation and growth mindset, identifying opportunities to improve performance.\nUse campaign data, customer insight and channel performance to identify learnings, recommend tests and continuously improve results.\nTrack campaign performance, costs and return on investment.\nDevelop clear creative briefs and review copy and creative to ensure communications are accurate, engaging and right for the audience.\nWork closely with colleagues across Digital, Insight, Product, Commercial, Design, Legal, Risk and Compliance.\nEnsure marketing communications meet relevant regulatory requirements and internal approval processes.\nWhat you’ll need\nYou don’t need to have done everything on day one. We’re looking for someone with a great foundation in marketing who is organised, curious and keen to develop broader commercial and multi-channel experience.\nIdeally, you’ll bring:\nAt least 1+ years’ solid marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced consumer environment.\nExperience delivering campaigns or customer communications from brief through to launch and evaluation.\nExposure to a mixture of digital and offline marketing channels.\nStrong organisational skills and the confidence to coordinate multiple teams, partners and deadlines.\nAn understanding of how data and insight can be used to optimise marketing performance.\nGood stakeholder management and communication skills.\nA proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership and keep activity moving.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.\nExperience within a regulated environment or working through compliance-led approval processes would be helpful but isn’t essential.\nWhy RAC?\nFor more than 128 years, we’ve been keeping drivers moving, and today we’re trusted by over 15 million members.
