# Marketing Consultant

About The Role We’re looking for a Marketing Consultant to join RAC’s Group Marketing team, helping to plan, deliver and optimise acquisition campaigns across our breakdown products. It’s a varied, hands-on marketing role where you’ll get exposure to a broad mix of channels including web, email, direct mail, SMS, app, paid media, SEO and partner activity. You’ll take campaigns from initial brief through to delivery, bringing together different teams and external partners to make sure activity stays on track and delivers a great customer experience. Data and insight will play an important part too. You’ll look at campaign performance to understand what’s working, spot opportunities for growth and help optimise everything from landing pages and customer journeys to future campaign activity. With 1+ years’ marketing experience, you’ll already have a good grounding in campaign delivery, but you don’t need to be an expert in every channel. We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and commercially curious, who enjoys taking ownership and using insight to make marketing activity even better.
