We’re committed to unwavering quality, passionate about performance and proud to give back to our communities.\nRequirements\nAs a Forge Press Operator on our 2nd shift team in Mentor, you’ll help move forgings through each step of production, from forging and heat treat to finishing and shipping. You’ll work alongside the forge crew to run equipment, assist with die setups and prepare parts for the next stage. The quality and care you put into each part help us deliver the high-performance components our customers rely on.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPut safety first and never pass on a defect, no matter what leaves your hands. \nWork like a pit crew and bring innovation to finding better, faster and smarter ways to work.\nAssist the forge crew by moving, positioning and turning workpieces and helping install dies.\nOperate a band saw, snippers, lathe, mill and laser machine as needed, including programming a lathe for roughing.\nGrind, sand and finish parts by hand to remove cracks and prepare them for the next step.\nLoad and unload blast units, heat treat ovens and crates for outside heat treating and shipping.\nMove product in wire baskets using a pallet jack and keep accurate documentation.\nWork with your team to meet customer expectations on quality and delivery.\nTake ownership of your work and look for ways to make it better.\nHelp keep our workplace safe, organized and respectful.\nWhat you bring:\nPassion for what you do and pride in your work. \nA commitment to showing up, following through and doing the right thing. \nAt least 3 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to keep up with steady production demands.\nAbility to stand for long periods of time.\nClear communication skills in English.\nA commitment to safety and quality.\nNice to have: Machine operator experience and basic computer skills.\nWhy RWB:\nHealth, dental and vision insurance - effective day 1, with substantial company contribution to medical and dental premiums \nShift differential pay (if applicable) \n9 paid holidays + paid Thank You Day(s) - effective day 1 \nPaid time off \nPaid personal days \n401(k) match up to 3.5% - eligible after 30 days, immediate vesting \nEmployer HSA contributions - up to $1,100 a year \nLife insurance and short-term disability - 100% company paid \nEmployee discounts on products from our brands, including Corsa, Wiseco, JE Pistons, Manley and Rekluse \nMonetary award for perfect attendance \nPrescription safety glasses and work boot reimbursement \nPaid parental leave \nWellness program with medical premium credit \nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) \nTuition reimbursement \n$1,000 referral bonus \nPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
