automation and AI initiatives while partnering closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure solutions are secure, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.\nThis role balances platform control with enablement, ensuring AI and automation capabilities drive measurable business value without introducing risk or sprawl.\nWhat You'll Do:\nPlatform Ownership & Governance\nOwn the end-to-end architecture and governance of:\nPower Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)\n\nCopilot Studio (AI agents)\n\nAzure AI (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry)\n\nDefine and enforce:\nEnvironment strategy (Dev / Test / Prod)\n\nDLP policies and connector governance\n\nAgent lifecycle management (build → test → deploy → retire)\n\nEstablish standards for:\nAutomation development, reuse, and scalability\n\nAgent publishing, deployment, and access control\n\nIntegrate automation with:\nMicrosoft Graph API\n\nAzure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management)\n\nEnterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)\n\nMonitoring, Cost & Usage Management\nEstablish visibility into:\nAutomation usage and performance\n\nAgent adoption and effectiveness\n\nAI consumption patterns (where available)\n\nManage:\nLicensing impact and capacity utilization\n\nCost control strategies for automation and AI usage\n\nIdentify opportunities to:\nEliminate redundancy\n\nOptimize platform efficiency\n\nSecurity, Compliance & Risk Management\nEnsure all automation and AI solutions:\nAlign with enterprise security and compliance requirements\n\nUse approved connectors and governed data sources\n\nPartner with cybersecurity teams to:\nEnforce least-privilege access\n\nMonitor and mitigate data exposure risks\n\nMaintain auditability and governance across the platform\n\nEstablish and lead a Power Platform & AI Center of Excellence\n\nDefine and manage:\nIntake and approval processes for automation and AI use We're Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n5-8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or enterprise automation\n\nHands-on experience with: Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents\n\nStrong understanding of:\nMicrosoft 365 architecture (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange integration)\n\nEntra ID (RBAC, app registrations, service principals)\n\nTechnical Expertise\nAzure AI:\nAzure AI Foundry\n\nAzure OpenAI (APIs, model integration, prompt design)\n\nIntegration:\nMicrosoft Graph API\n\nREST APIs and secure authentication (OAuth, managed identity)\n\nPlatform Governance:\nDLP policies, environment strategy, and lifecycle
