This role involves leading a team of Associate Project Managers and Project Managers, while managing the development and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully within scope, on time, and within budget. Additionally, the Manager serves as a liaison between the project sponsor and their team. Up to 10% travel may be required.\nWhat You'll Do:\nEstablish and maintain best practices within our Agile Project Tracking software\n\nCoach Agile teams on best practices of Agile Delivery\n\nCoach Business and Technology on value stream best practices including lean portfolio management and key performance indicators\n\nLead work intake across all of RaceTrac’s Digital Channels Development teams\n\nAct as member of Digital Channels Leadership team by helping RaceTrac manage strategic partners through key Agile Metrics and KPIs\n\nContinually monitor and improve team agility based on industry-standard Agile metrics\n\nActs as Business Relationship Manager to our Marketing department by providing subject matter expertise, estimations, and delivery timelines\n\nFacilitates an effective dialogue between business organizations and the Information Solutions team to ensure business needs are addressed in the right channels\n\nUses project management methodologies in meetings with internal business partners to determine development needs, scope projects and resources, and plan for high-quality solutions\n\nPerforms other ad hoc duties as needed\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree from 4-year College or University; a focus on industrial engineering, finance, business communications, or related field preferred.\n\n5+ years’ experience within a business, consulting, or analytical role preferred; a focus on engineering, finance, management, information systems and/or business related field preferred.\n\n1+ years’ experience managing direct reports preferred.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel, Visio, and preferred.\n\nProficiency in project management software, specifically SmartSheet preferred.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nPMP or other relevant certification is a plus.\n\nFueled by Growth, Driven by You\nAt RaceTrac, our people make the difference.
