The position spends time in each of our classrooms.\nPosition Details:\nFull-time: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday\nRate of pay: $17.75 per hour.\nRacker offers benefits including tuition assistance, health insurance, and a 20% discount on childcare services for children and grandchildren of full-time staff. \nStart your rewarding career and apply today!\nResponsibilities\nSupport individual children and the overall classroom needs under the guidance of the classroom teacher.\nContribute to implementing IEPs to support children’s instructional and social-emotional growth in large group, one-on-one and small group settings, embedding learning across the day.\nAssist children with daily tasks such as toileting, feeding, dressing, lifting, and positioning.\nImplement individualized strategies consistently as directed by teacher.\nMaintain accurate records and complete program-related documentation.\nParticipate respectfully in a multidisciplinary team, including daily debriefs and weekly team meetings. \nAdhere to professional standards of behavior and dress while contributing to a positive work culture.\nAttend required training and uphold program regulations.\nAccept feedback, show initiative, and contribute to the development of the educational setting.\nBring your creativity, energy, and love of children!\nQualifications\nEducation, Experience, & Skills:\nHigh School diploma or GED required.
