JOB DESCRIPTION:
The A/P SpecialistIIperforms accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactionsfor a globalmulti entity,multi-currencyorganization.The assignments will include various accounts payable activitiessuch as:preparing vouchers for payment, processing invoicesforpayments, sorting documents by account name or number, generatingandmaintainingaccounts payable-related reports.This role willalsoreview all submitted invoices for proper approval.The A/P Specialist IIwillalso:
Processcompany accountspayablesin a timely manner.
Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Handlevendor inquiries.
Generateroutine balance reports.
Maintain files and accounting documentation.
Perform GLcoding of invoices/vouchers.
Perform basic and complexaccounts payablesactivities.
Record payouts for financial statements.
Check expense reports for accuracy.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITY:
Intermediate knowledge of accounts payable. Ability tomaintaina high levelof accuracy in preparing and enteringinvoice information. Intermediate mathapplicationsskills. Intermediateorganization, communication, decision making, presentation, andtime management skills.Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups.Ability to communicate financial information and ideas so others will understand. Ability to provide FANATICAL support. Works closely with personnel in other departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
- B.Com/M.com/CA Inter or MBA
- 3-4years ofrich APexperience.
- Experience in working foraMNC/BPOorganization preferred
POLICY COMPLIANCE:
Responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards as directed.
