The role requires deep technical knowledge, incident management skills, and experience in cloud-based VDI environments.\nProvide L3 support for CitrixVirtual Apps and Desktops (DAAS) environments.\nManage and support CitrixCloud Connectors, StoreFront, Studio, and License Servers.\nAdminister CitrixADC (NetScaler) including Gateway, Load Balancing, SSL, and Authentication policies.\nTroubleshoot complex Citrixissues related to user access, application delivery, profile management, and performance.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.\nManage Citrixupgrades, patching, migrations, and capacity planning.\n\nAWS Cloud Management\n\n Support Citrixworkloads hosted on AWS.\nManage AWS services including:\nEC2\nVPC\nIAM\nRoute 53\nAuto Scaling\nELB/ALB\nCloudWatch\nEBS\nS3\nConfigure and troubleshoot hybrid cloud connectivity between on-premises and AWS environments.\nOptimize cloud resources for performance, availability, and cost efficiency.\n\nInfrastructure Management\n\n Administer Windows Server environments.\nSupport Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services.\nManage FSLogix, CitrixProfile Management (UPM), and user profiles.\nMonitor infrastructure health and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.\nDevelop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.\n\nAbout Rackspace Technology\nRackspace Technology is the trusted operator of the full enterprise AI stack, from governed private cloud to AI inference and agents in production.
