L1 Technical IT Engineer - Azure Infrastructure Support Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused L1 Azure Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our Cloud Operations team. The role is responsible for providing 24x7 operational support for Azure-based infrastructure environments, monitoring cloud resources, responding to alerts and incidents, and performing day-to-day administration of Windows and Linux systems hosted in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should possess foundational Azure cloud knowledge, basic system administration skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within a managed services environment. Key Responsibilities Monitoring & Incident Management Monitor Azure infrastructure, applications, and services using approved monitoring tools. Acknowledge, triage, and respond to alerts and incidents within agreed SLAs. Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure issues. Escalate unresolved or complex incidents to L2/L3 support teams following defined procedures. Participate in major incident bridges and provide timely updates.
