Reporting directly to the CFO, this role serves as a critical business partner to the Executive Leadership Team and plays a central role in shaping the Company’s financial strategy, operational priorities, and long-term value creation agenda.\nThe successful candidate will drive the planning and reporting processes that underpin business performance, deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making, and ensure leadership has clear visibility into key performance drivers, opportunities, and risks.\nIn addition, the role will assume responsibility for Investor Relations activities, partnering closely with executive leadership to support earnings communications, investor engagement, market intelligence, and shareholder communications.\nKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership\nPartner with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute the Company's financial strategy and long-range planning process.\n\nLead enterprise-wide annual budgeting, strategic planning, and quarterly forecasting activities.\n\nProvide financial leadership on business performance, resource allocation, capital deployment, and growth initiatives.\n\nDevelop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decisions, scenario planning, and long-term value creation.\n\nDeliver clear recommendations and insights that influence executive and Board-level decision making.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial, operational, and market dynamics impacting business performance.\n\nFinancial Planning & Analysis\nLead all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance analysis.\n\nEstablish a rigorous performance management framework that drives accountability and operational excellence across the organization.\n\nMonitor and analyse key business metrics, financial performance indicators, profitability drivers, and operational KPIs.\n\nDeliver timely executive reporting, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations.\n\nDrive forecasting accuracy and continuous improvement of planning processes, methodologies, and tools.\n\nSupport M&A evaluations, strategic investments, business cases, and other corporate development initiatives.\n\nBusiness Partnership & Commercial Finance\n\nServe as the senior finance partner to business leaders across Sales, Operations, Product, Services, and Corporate Functions.\n\nSupport commercial decision-making through pricing analysis, profitability modelling, contract evaluation, and investment prioritization.\n\nProvide financial leadership for major customer engagements, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.\n\nEvaluate strategic opportunities and risks, balancing near-term performance objectives with long-term value creation.\n\nSupport go-to-market planning through financial analysis of market expansion opportunities, new service offerings, and pricing strategies.\n\nInvestor Relations & Capital Markets\nLead the Company's Investor Relations program and external financial communication strategy.\n\nPartner with the CFO, CEO, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and external financial messaging.\n\nMaintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other capital markets stakeholders.\n\nMonitor investor sentiment, analyst coverage, shareholder activity, and market developments.\n\nProvide executive leadership with market intelligence and investor feedback to support strategic decision-making.\n\nSupport investor conferences, roadshows, earnings calls, analyst meetings, and other capital markets engagements.\n\nExecutive Reporting & Board Support\nLead preparation of Board materials, executive presentations, KPI dashboards, and financial performance updates.\n\nPresent business performance, forecasts, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and Board members.\n\nTranslate complex financial data into concise, actionable insights for executive audiences.\n\nSupport the Company’s long-term strategic planning and enterprise transformation initiatives.\n\nRisk Management & Governance\nIdentify, assess, and communicate financial and operational risks impacting business performance.\n\nPartner with Finance leadership to support liquidity planning, balance sheet management, and capital allocation decisions.\n\nEnsure robust financial governance, planning controls, and reporting processes are maintained.\n\nSupport public company reporting requirements and financial disclosure readiness.\n\nLeadership & Team Development\nBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A organization.\n\nFoster a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n\nDevelop finance talent and succession plans aligned to long-term business needs.\n\nPartner effectively across Finance and the wider organization to drive alignment and execution.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\n\n12+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A leadership within a complex, large-scale organization.\n\n5+ years of finance leadership experience within an AI infrastructure, GPU cloud, hyperscale cloud, data centre, or high-performance computing environment, with a strong understanding of AI compute economics, infrastructure scaling, capital allocation, and growth planning.\n\nExperience supporting executive leadership teams and Boards through strategic planning, forecasting, and business performance management.\n\nStrong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical capabilities.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide planning processes and driving business performance improvement.\n\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and Board-level audiences.\n\nExperience working within publicly traded companies and understanding of capital markets dynamics.\n\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.\n\nPreferred\nExperience supporting Investor Relations activities for a publicly traded company.\n\nMBA, CPA, ACA, ACCA,
