With license to see things through your way, and the option to split your time between office and home, RACV is where you’ll make a difference.\nAbout the Opportunity\nAt RACV, we're continuing to evolve our digital experience and are looking for an experienced Senior AEM Developer to join our Digital Technology team.\nIn this role, you'll play a key part in designing, developing and enhancing our Adobe Experience Manager platform, helping to deliver exceptional digital experiences for RACV members. Working within an Agile delivery environment, you'll collaborate closely with developers, architects, product teams and business stakeholders to build scalable, high-quality solutions across a range of digital initiatives.\nThis is a hands-on technical role where you'll contribute to solution design, develop new capabilities, support platform improvements and mentor junior team members while maintaining high engineering standards and development best practices.\nKey responsibilities include\nDesign, develop and support AEM solutions and digital experiences\n\nBuild and maintain AEM components, integrations and platform capabilities\n\nDeliver scalable, secure and high-quality solutions using modern development practices\n\nContribute to solution design, platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nCollaborate with product, design and technology teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.\n\nMentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team\n\nWhat you'll need to be successful\n3+ years’ experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, Assets and integrations\n\nExpertise developing AEM components and services using Sling, HTL and OSGi\n\nExperience with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)\n\nIn depth experience working with Frontend technologies (React and Next.js)\n\nHands-on experience building REST APIs and with GraphQL\n\nStrong understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern software development practices\n\nKnowledge of AWS/Azure, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues\n\nExperience mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior developers\n\nPrevious experience working within Agile delivery teams\n\nThere’s so much on offer when you join RACV\nA flexible, informal work environment that supports balance between work and home\n\nGenerous discounts on home and car insurance policies and RACV roadside care\n\nRACV Club membership and great discounts across RACV resorts\n\nMonthly-updated discounts from a wide range of corporate partners\n\nOur difference\nAt RACV, we believe diversity and inclusion are essential to our continued success.
