With license to see things through your way, and the option to split your time between office and home, RACV is where you’ll make a difference.\nAbout the opportunity\nAs a Content Designer, you'll play a key role in designing and optimising content across RACV Insurance's digital quote, accounts, and self-service experiences. Working within established digital products and customer journeys, you'll help make complex information easier to understand, navigate and act on.\nThis role centres on continuous improvement, where you'll work within existing design systems, regulatory requirements and product frameworks to create clear, accessible and customer-centred content that enhances both usability and customer outcomes.\nPartnering closely with various teams, you'll bring a content-led mindset to the design process and help ensure content supports customer needs, business objectives and accessibility standards.\nKey responsibilities\nDesign and deliver content across RACV's digital products, including web and mobile experiences.\n\nWrite and design clear, accessible and user-focused content that simplifies complex customer journeys.\n\nAnalyse data to identify opportunities to optimise and improve content using research, analytics, SEO insights and testing.\n\nCollaborate with designers, product teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer experiences.\n\nContribute to content planning, design system management and content governance practices.\n\nSupport A/B and usability testing to make informed content decisions and improve customer outcomes.\n\nEnsure all content aligns with RACV's brand, voice, tone, accessibility and compliance requirements.\n\nLeverage AI tools and emerging technologies to help refine, test and improve content approaches.\n\nWhat you’ll need to be successful\nDemonstrated experience in Content Design, UX Writing, Content Strategy or a similar role.\n\nExperience in UX writing for digital quote flows, customer journeys and optimising conversion.\n\nHands-on experience working with Figma\n\nExperience with Miro, Jira and Confluence would be desired\n\nStrong understanding of user-centred design principles, customer experience and digital product delivery.\n\nExcellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, compelling content.\n\nExperience using research, analytics, SEO insights and testing to inform content decisions.\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.\n\nA portfolio demonstrating user-focused writing and content design outcomes.\n\nThere’s so much on offer when you join RACV\nA flexible, informal work environment that supports balance between work and home\n\nGenerous discounts on home and car insurance policies and RACV roadside care\n\nRACV Club membership and great discounts across RACV resorts\n\nMonthly-updated discounts from a wide range of corporate partners\n\nOur difference\nAt RACV, we believe diversity and inclusion are essential to our continued success.
