You’ll oversee the property during your shift, support team members and ensure our members, guests and visitors consistently receive an exceptional experience.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nLead and support Front Office, Housekeeping and relevant operational teams\nMaintain high standards of service, safety, presentation and property security\nRespond effectively to member and guest feedback\nSupport staffing, training, expenditure and operational reporting\nCoordinate emergency responses and workplace safety requirements\nAssist with Front Office and other operational duties when required\nWhat you’ll need to be successful\nSupervisory experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality\nStrong knowledge of Front Office and hotel or resort operations\nConfident leadership, communication and problem-solving skills\nExperience delivering on-the-job training\nCurrent driver’s licence and First Aid Level 2 qualifications\nFlexibility to work weekends, evenings and non-standard hours\nExperience with OPERA or a similar hotel booking system, along with a current RSA, will be highly regarded.
