From the vibrant Mediterranean-inspired dining experience of Amici to the distinctive Japanese flavours of Arakawa, you’ll have the opportunity to work across two unique restaurant concepts while developing your leadership skills in a premium resort environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being on the floor, leading from the front and creating memorable experiences for every guest.\nThis could be just the right role for you?\nAs the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll support the outlets management team in delivering smooth, professional and engaging dinner service. You’ll bring energy to the floor, set the standard for your team and ensure every guest receives genuine, attentive service from arrival through to their final farewell. Your key responsibilities include:\nLead and motivate the F&B team to deliver exceptional dinner service across Arakawa and Amici Restaurants\n\nLead from the floor, supporting service and creating memorable guest experiences\n\nCoach and develop team members, building their confidence, product knowledge and service skills\n\nWork closely with chefs, restaurant management and bar teams to ensure seamless service\n\nOversee shift operations including staffing, POS, cash handling, service standards and cost efficiencies\n\nUse your food, wine and beverage knowledge to drive sales, resolve guest feedback and continually improve restaurant performance\n\nWhat you’ll need to be successful\nAvailability & flexibility to work predominately afternoon/evening on a weekly rotating roster, including weekends & public holidays\nPrevious experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader or a senior role, preferably within a 4/5 star hotel/resort or a contemporary à la carte restaurant\nA genuine passion for creating exceptional dining and guest experiences\n\nDeveloped knowledge of restaurant operations, food, wine and beverage and service standards\n\nConfidence supervising, coaching and providing feedback to team members\nExperience with POS systems, cash handling and day-to-day restaurant operations, with an understanding of labour and beverage cost control\n\nExcellent time management, communication and relationship-building skills\nExcellent grooming & personal presentation\nCurrent QLD RSA Certificate, essential\nWe are offering\nPermanent Full-time\nCompetitive salary + penalties for evenings, weekends & public holidays + 12% super\n\nGenerous employee benefits & discounts on RACV products & resorts\n\nGreat team culture and a values led organisation with employee of the month awards & recognition programs\n\nTraining and career development opportunities\n\nUniform\n\nParking onsite\n\nThe RACV difference\nBe part of a team who cares.
