In this service driven role, you'll be the face and first point of contact for guests at RACV Noosa Resort. You'll be on your feet, interacting with guests in a professional manner, to deliver exceptional customer service and a great experience. You'll be motivated and hardworking with the “can do attitude”, which will see you thrive in the role.\nThis could be just the right role for you?\nReporting to the Front Office Manager, your key responsibilities for the role include:\nGuest check in and check outs and accommodation reservations for leisure travellers and conference groups;\n\nProcess payments & maintaining records;\n\nAnswering incoming calls, general enquiries & assisting guests with their requests;\n\nProvide information to guests about accommodation, rates and amenities;\n\nCross sell & upsell products & services;\n\nCommunicate & collaborate with other departments such as food & beverage, concierge, housekeeping, maintenance & spa.\n\nThis is a casual role with up to 5 shifts avialable if desired. Flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts will be highly regarded. Shift times include:\n6:00am - 2:00pm\n\n2:00pm - 10:00pm\n\nWhat you’ll need to be successful\nExperience in front office reception in 4-5 star hotel/resort environment\n\nExperience in Property Management Systems\n\nA professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills\n\nExcellent administration & MS Office application skills\n\nAttention to detail, ability to problem solve, be organised and possess efficient time management skills\n\nBe friendly, confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude\n\nWork well under pressure, in a team environment and with diverse groups of people\n\nExcellent personal presentation\n\nValid drivers licence\nWe are Offering\nHourly rate + Penalties for evenings, weekends & public holidays\n\nDiscounts on RACV products & resorts\n\nEmployee of the month awards & recognition\n\nUniform\n\nComplimentary parking\n\nThe RACV difference\nBe part of a team who cares.
