Join our supportive leisure team whose job it is to help people live their best lives - whether they’re on holiday, visiting an attraction or treating loved ones to a special experience.\nAbout the Opportunity\nWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis.\nYou will play a key role in supporting the successful operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring accommodation rooms, public areas and resort facilities are maintained to the highest standards. As a hands-on leader, you will support and motivate the Housekeeping team, coordinate daily operations, and work closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.\nYou will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting team development, monitoring productivity, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and helping create a positive and collaborative team environment. This role is ideal for an experienced housekeeping professional who enjoys leading by example and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.\nAs RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort operates 7 days a week, this Permanent Part Time role requires flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.\nThis could be just the right role for you?\nAs a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring our accommodation rooms, public areas and resort facilities are presented to the highest standards.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nLead, supervise and support the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service standards\n\nInspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently achieved\n\nCoordinate daily room allocations, team workflow and operational priorities\n\nAssist with roster coordination, training, coaching and development of team members\n\nLiaise with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to ensure guest needs are met\n\nRespond to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues in a timely manner\n\nMonitor stock levels and housekeeping equipment to ensure operational requirements are met\n\nMaintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture\n\nWhat you’ll need to be successful\nPrevious experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or leadership role within a hotel, resort or hospitality environment\n\nStrong understanding of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards and service delivery\n\nProven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team\n\nExcellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional presentation standards\n\nAbility to effectively prioritise tasks and manage changing operational demands\n\nConfidence in handling guest requests, feedback and day-to-day operational challenges\n\nStrong commitment to workplace health, safety and wellbeing\n\nFlexible availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays\n\nExcellent personal presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality\n\nCertificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent experience is highly regarded\n\nAbility to work collaboratively with multiple departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences\n\nWe are Offering\nOpportunity to join during an exciting period of growth\n\nOngoing training, learning and career development opportunities\n\nGenerous discounts across RACV products, resorts and services\n\nAccess to employee wellbeing programs and support services\n\nCareer growth opportunities across a large and respected organisation\n\nA supportive, team-focused culture where collaboration, leadership and people development are valued\n\nThe opportunity to lead and develop a passionate Front Office team\n\nFree onsite parking at RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort\n\nThe RACV difference\nBe part of a team who cares.
