Leading a talented multidisciplinary team, you’ll set the creative standard, sharpen the brand’s voice and visual identity, and build smarter creative systems that help great ideas move faster, work harder and reach members in more personalised ways.\nWorking closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Social Media and agency partners, you’ll turn strategy into bold, effective creative that drives engagement, strengthens brand distinctiveness and delivers commercial impact, while helping shape what a modern in-house creative studio can become at RACV.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead RACV's Creative Studio\nLead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team across design, copy and creative production.\nFoster a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.\nEstablish high standards of creative quality and ensure work aligns with business and customer objectives.\nBalance strategic leadership with hands-on creative direction and mentoring.\nDrive Creative Excellence\nTranslate marketing strategies and customer insights into compelling creative solutions.\nLead creative concept development and execution across a broad range of channels.\nDeliver channel-specific creative that resonates with the right audience at the right moment.\nChampion the RACV Brand\nEnsure creative output reflects and strengthens RACV's brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards.\nIncrease brand consistency and distinctiveness across products, services and customer communications.\nBuild an AI-Enabled Creative Capability\nLead the adoption of generative AI and emerging creative technologies.\nDevelop scalable workflows that improve speed, efficiency and personalisation.\nEstablish best practice approaches for quality, governance and responsible AI use.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance creative production through automation and new technologies.\nOptimise Studio Operations\nOversee creative intake, prioritisation, resource planning and delivery.\nImplement efficient creative workflows and production processes.\nDevelop reusable creative assets, templates and systems that improve speed and consistency.\nManage studio capacity and identify opportunities to deliver more work in-house.\nPartner Across RACV\nCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies.\nDetermine the right balance between internally produced, adapted and externally commissioned work.\nEnsure campaigns and creative platforms are effectively scaled across RACV's channels.\nAbout You\nYou're a creative leader with strong creative judgement, commercial acumen and a passion for building high-performing teams.\nYou'll bring\nSignificant experience leading creative, design, content or studio teams, either in-house or agency-side.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership, execution and problem-solving.\nExpertise across design, copy, digital, social, CRM, campaign and content channels.\nExperience building and managing high-volume creative production environments.\nStrong understanding of brand systems, creative quality and customer-centred communication.\nPractical experience using generative AI and emerging creative technologies.\nExcellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.\nThe ability to balance creative ambition with operational delivery and commercial outcomes.\nWe offer\nOpportunities to work on innovative growth areas including electrification and home services.\nDiscounts and benefits across selected RACV products and services.\nA collaborative and inclusive culture where your ideas and expertise are valued.\nA flexible hybrid working model.\nCareer development opportunities within one of Australia's most recognised member organisations.\nOur difference\nAt RACV, we believe diversity and inclusion are essential to our continued success.
