We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a cross-functional project squad and play a critical role in the delivery of a high-profile initiative.\nWorking closely with the Project Team, you'll be the sole functional consultant on the project, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and configurations. You'll bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring solutions deliver meaningful value for our members while leveraging the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join RACV's Salesforce & Integration Practice, working in an agile environment alongside passionate professionals who are committed to innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.\nKey responsibilities include\nAct as the primary Salesforce Functional Consultant supporting the Membership Tier project.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Developers and the Salesforce Tech Lead to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.\n\nAnalyse business processes and provide functional analysis to support solution design and configuration activities.\n\nConfigure Salesforce to deliver business outcomes while maximising platform capabilities and minimising unnecessary customisation.\n\nSupport workshops, requirements gathering sessions and solution demonstrations with key stakeholders.\n\nContribute to data analysis, data mapping and migration activities where required.\n\nPartner with project teams to deliver features and enhancements in an agile environment.\n\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions across the business.\n\nWhat you’ll need to be successful\n5+ years’ experience working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant within complex enterprise environments\n\nStrong Salesforce Sales Cloud and core Salesforce platform experience\n\nDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and Salesforce configurations\n\nExperience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams\n\nStrong functional analysis, process mapping and business process improvement skills\n\nGood understanding of Salesforce capabilities, data modelling and solution design principles\n\nExcellent stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills\n\nSalesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant will be highly regarded\n\nThere’s so much on offer when you join RACV\nA flexible, informal work environment that supports balance between work and home\n\nGenerous discounts on home and car insurance policies and RACV roadside care\n\nRACV Club membership and great discounts across RACV resorts\n\nMonthly-updated discounts from a wide range of corporate partners\n\nOur difference\nAt RACV, we believe diversity and inclusion are essential to our continued success.
