With license to see things through your way, and the option to split your time between office and home, RACV is where you’ll make a difference.\nAbout the opportunity\nAs a Scrum Master, you'll play a critical role in supporting and helping to drive the successful delivery of a number of key strategic initiatives across RACV's core digital technology platforms, while fostering effective collaboration and delivery excellence across multiple cross-functional teams.\nThis is a delivery-focused Scrum Master role supporting cross-functional squads deliver complex initiatives across Salesforce, Mobile App and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms.\nYou'll be working closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Engineers and Testers to keep delivery on track, remove obstacles, manage dependencies and ensure project milestones are achieved. While Agile practices are important, this role is suited to someone with a pragmatic approach who enjoys delivering outcomes and helping teams successfully execute project-based work in a complex enterprise environment.\nKey responsibilities include\nPartner closely with Project Managers, Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered to agreed milestones and timelines.\nLead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.\nCoordinate work across two cross-functional squads comprising Engineers, Testers, Product Owners and Project Managers.\nManage sequencing, dependencies, risks and impediments across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.\nSupport effective backlog management and prioritisation activities in partnership with Product Owners. \nDrive transparency of delivery progress, risks and issues across project stakeholders.\nFoster strong team collaboration and create an environment that enables teams to perform at their best.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery effectiveness and project outcomes.\nHelp teams successfully navigate complex project delivery while maintaining focus on agreed project objectives and outcomes.\nWhat you'll need to be successful\nPrevious experience in a Software Delivery role such as Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager or Project Manager.\nDemonstrated experience delivering complex technology, transformation or implementation projects.\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery practices and experience leading Agile ceremonies.\nProven ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues and competing priorities across multiple delivery streams.\nExperience working within large, complex enterprise environments.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.\nA pragmatic, outcome-focused approach with a strong focus on delivery and meeting project deadlines.\nA passion for project-based work and delivering tangible business outcomes.\nPrevious experience working with cross-functional technology teams delivering digital platforms and customer-facing solutions.\nExperience working across Salesforce and/or Mobile applications will be highly regarded.\nThere’s so much on offer when you join RACV\nA flexible, informal work environment that supports balance between work and home\nGenerous discounts on home and car insurance policies and RACV roadside care\nRACV Club membership and great discounts across RACV resorts\nMonthly-updated discounts from a wide range of corporate partners\nOur difference\nAt RACV, we believe diversity and inclusion are essential to our continued success.
