One Spa is a stunning day spa destination resting in the centre of a peaceful green landscape. Open to guests and the public, One Spa has views of the water gardens, where guests can relax, unwind and retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.\nThis is a casual role, approx 3 shifts week/20 hours, working full days 8.15am-5.30pm. Flexibility is required to work a weekly rotating roster, including weekends & public holidays. One Spa is open 7 days week.\nThis could be just the right role for you?\nAs a Spa Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of One Spa and the first point of contact for our guests. Based at reception, you’ll warmly greet guests in person and over the phone, manage enquiries with care and stay one step ahead to ensure every interaction feels seamless. With exceptional attention to detail and a calm, organised approach, you’ll deliver warm, friendly 5-star service that makes every guest feel relaxed, valued and cared for. Your key responsibilities for the role include:\ncustomer service at reception answering the phone, take reservations, manage appointment availability, confirm bookings & processing payments\n\npreparing treatment rooms, equipment, folding towels & robes\n\nstock control, general back of house duties, managing lost property\n\npromoting One Spa products and services\n\nadministration support to the Spa Manager and Spa Therapists\n\nWhat you'll need to be successful\nFull availability & flexibility to work a weekly rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Shift times are full days 8.15am - 5.30pm. Approx 3 shifts/20 hours week\nDay spa/beauty/wellness reception experience, ideally in a 4/5 hotel/resort, or similar premium environment\nProficient administrative skills including Microsoft Office applications, Outlook and written and verbal communication skills.
