This role ensures compensation programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, financially responsible, and aligned with business objectives. The Director partners with Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, HRIS, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance, support annual planning, maintain job architecture, assess market competitiveness, support pay equity, and lead compensation-related initiatives. This position also leads and develops the compensation team.\nDIRECTOR, COMPENSATION - POSITION SUMMARY:\nDevelop and oversee compensation philosophy, market positioning, program priorities, and long-term strategy. \nLead broad-based compensation, salary structures, annual compensation planning, promotion and retention programs, pay equity reviews, and incentive programs. \nProvide guidance to leaders on compensation decisions, workforce investments, talent risks, affordability, and policy exceptions. \nSupport business growth, acquisitions, integrations, international expansion, and enterprise initiatives as needed. \nMaintain job architecture standards, including job families, career levels, salary bands, and classifications. \nReview and approve significant job structure, leveling, and classification changes. \nPartner with leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and career framework considerations. \nOversee annual, sales, physician, executive, recognition, retention, and other variable pay programs. \nReview and approve material plan designs, funding recommendations, payouts, and program changes. \nEnsure incentive programs are aligned with business goals, compliant, measurable, and financially responsible. \n DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive compensation experience, including experience with enterprise compensation programs. \nExperience developing or managing compensation strategy, governance, salary structures, annual compensation planning, incentives, job architecture, pay equity, and market pricing. \nExperience preparing compensation recommendations for senior leaders or executive audiences. \nMinimum of 5 years of people leadership experience. \nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field required. \nEquivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. \nHealthcare, physician services, international, or acquisition integration experience. \nCertified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM, HRCI, or related certification \nFOR MORE INFORMATION:\nDirector, Compensation\nWHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERS:\nCompetitive Benefits package - Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. \nCompensation Reviews, Career Growth Opportunities \nFlexible Remote Schedules - Nashville, TN Preferred \nGenerous PTO Plans and Paid Holidays \nProudly Certified as a Great Place to Work for Five Consecutive Years \nCOMPENSATION:\nThe salary range for this position is $150,000-$170,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
