If you’re passionate about shaping the future of medical imaging, join us!\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nLead 24/7 Response Operations, serving as Incident Commander for major incidents and ensuring effective escalation, communication, service restoration, and operational continuity. \nOwn Incident and Problem Management processes, including RCA, trend analysis, post-incident reviews, and corrective actions to reduce recurring issues and operational risk. \nServe as the senior escalation point for customer-impacting issues, ensuring transparent stakeholder communication while protecting uptime and critical clinical workflows. \nLead, coach, and develop Response Analysts through performance management, career development, accountability, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. \nDrive operational excellence through service metrics, reporting, ITSM governance, workflow standardization, and data-driven process improvement initiatives. \nProvide technical and clinical leadership through expertise in Mosaic platforms, imaging systems, AI-assisted operational tools, and user-centered support practices. \nDESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree preferred; 7+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or clinical systems support. \n3+ years of people management experience leading teams. \nKnowledge in radiology workflows, PACS, Intelerad, Clario, etc. highly preferred.\nDemonstrated leadership in Incident, Major Incident, and Problem Management within 24/7 mission-critical environments, ensuring effective issue resolution, operational excellence, and service reliability. \nStrong communicator and collaborative leader with a customer-first mindset, skilled in stakeholder management, clinical IT support, team partnership, continuous learning, and maintaining high ethical standards. \nAbility to work evenings and nights as needed and participate in on call rotations; up to 20% travel as needed \nWHY MOSAIC CLINICAL TECHNOLOGIES: \nCompetitive Benefits package - Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. \nCompensation Reviews, Career Growth Opportunities \nFlexible Remote Schedules \nGenerous PTO Plans and Paid Holidays\nProudly Certified as a Great Place to Work for Five Consecutive Years \nFOR MORE INFORMATION:\nJob Link for Job description\nCOMPENSATION: \nThe salary range for this position is $135,000.00 - $150,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
