You’ll help strengthen leadership capability, solve complex people challenges, and ensure our teams are supported with the programs and tools they need to do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who excels at both strategy and execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable building and improving processes as the company grows.\nResponsibilities:\nLead core HR programs including performance management, calibrations, goal-setting, development planning, and compensation cycle support\nAssist with organizational design, role clarity, workflows, and workforce planning\nDrive employee experience initiatives, onboarding improvements, and manager enablement programs\nSolve day-to-day people issues with sound judgment and consistent, documented practices\nProvide employee relations support (investigations, documentation, action plans) in partnership with the VP People and legal counsel. \nUse people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend action plans\nPartner with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and hiring needs\nEnsure compliance across policies, employment law, and state-by-state requirements\nContribute to building People processes that are simple, scalable, and aligned with how Radar operates\nABOUT YOU\nRequired:\n6+ years of People Partner / HR Business Partner experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments (tech or product-led preferred)\nYou have strong experience advising and coaching managers; comfortable owning operational partnership \nYou have experience supporting commercial, customer, corporate operations, or similarly varied client groups\nYou have deep knowledge of performance management, org design fundamentals, compensation alignment, and employee relations\nYou have experience using HR metrics and data to drive recommendations\nYou have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly\nYou have the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize, and operate with autonomy\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting go-to-market teams\nHRIS experience (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Workday) is a plus\nAt RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $190,000. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including: equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan, flexible time off, and paid parental leave.
