The successful candidate is someone who creatively approaches a variety of requirements to meet intelligence needs, can balance work on multiple tasks, and will work collaboratively with other scientists, engineers, and analysts.\nJob Duties\nUtilize advanced data science methods to analyze and exploit GEOINT data and other sources of supplementary data to support intelligence production\n\nAssist in developing approaches to address key intelligence questions\n\nProvide leadership to the team and act as the team POC for the government\n\nRequired Skills:\nActive Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility\n\nBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Geography, or other STEM field)\n\nStrong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work both independently and in a team environment\n\nStrong technical writing and briefing skills\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nAbility to code/script, especially in Python\n\nExperience with data science and visualization tools, such as dash, R Shiny, Tableau, JMP/JMP Pro, and/or similar\n\nBackground in machine learning/artificial intelligence\n\nExperience with GEOINT data, including non-literal data\n\nExpertise in Geographic Information Systems\n\nKnowledge of phenomenologies relevant to GEOINT data\n\nMaster’s or Doctoral degree\n\nRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
