The successful candidate is someone who creatively approaches a variety of requirements to meet intelligence needs, can balance work on multiple tasks, and will work collaboratively with other scientists, engineers, and analysts.\nJob Duties\nWork with analysts and data scientists to develop schemas for structured data management while ensuring that data capture adheres to IC standards \nAssist in identifying additional data sources that can advance analytic priorities \nEnsure data consistency and management with appropriate QA/QC scripts \nCollaborate with a team and provide guidance to the government as appropriate \nRequired Skills:\nHave an Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI access \nStrong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills \nAbility to work both independently and in a team environment \nStrong technical writing, briefing, and organizational skills \nDesired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Management or Analytics, GIS, Geography, or other STEM field) \nAbility to code/script, especially in Python \nExperience with GEOINT data, including non-literal data \nExperience with the Atlas database \nExperience with the Phoebe database \nExpertise in Geographic Information Systems \nKnowledge of phenomenologies relevant to GEOINT data \nMaster’s or Doctoral degree \nRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
