Employee ownership, generous 401K, full health/dental/life/vision insurance benefits, interesting assignments, educational reimbursement, competitive salaries and a pleasant work environment combine to make Radiance Technologies a great place to work and succeed.\nRequired Qualifications:\n· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field\n· US citizenship with active TS/SCI Security Clearance\n· Security+ certification\n· Strong communication and organizational skills\nRequired Experience:\n· Support DevOps initiatives by developing and implementing security within a CI/CD pipeline.\n· Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar tools\n· Writing and managing pipeline configurations\n· Automating build, test, and deployment workflows\n· Develop and implement security assessment automation tools to support DevOps practices\n· Collaborate with development teams to integrate security assurance into the CI/CD pipeline.\n· Conduct security assessments and risk analysis on new and existing software.\n· Proficiency with scripting and automation such as Python, Bash, Go, or similar\n· Implementing automated security and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines\n· Securing CI/CD pipelines and software supply chains\n· Assist in developing security training and awareness for technical staff.\n· Experience working in cross-functional teams\nDesired Qualifications:\n· Certified GitLab CI/CD Specialist or similar DevOps-related certification\n· Containerization experience using Docker, Podman, CRI-O, or similar\n· Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure\n· Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack\n· Experience with Zero Trust architectures, SELinux, or hardened Linux distributions\n· Familiarity with ICAM (identity, credential, and access management) systems and concepts such as user and service account authentication\n· Experience with OpenTelemetry for logging, metrics, and tracing\n· Develop and track Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to address identified security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.\n· Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Go, or Java\nRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
