Employee ownership, generous 401K, full health/dental/life/vision insurance benefits, interesting assignments, educational reimbursement, competitive salaries, and a pleasant work environment combine to make Radiance Technologies a great place to work and succeed.\nRequired Qualifications:\n· Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field\n· Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors\n· Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect)\n· Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems\n· Ability to analyze architecture and engineering data to solve complex problems, recommend solutions, and improve products and processes\n· Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers\n· Knowledge of SysML 2.0\n· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and present technical documentation and artifacts\n· Active secret security clearance\nRequired Experience\n· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience\nDesired Qualifications:\n· Master’s Degree in Engineering field or related certifications such as OCSMP Certifications, INCOSE CSEP, or Project Management PMP (among others)\n· Active TS/SCI security clearance\n· Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, including Java, C++, or Python\n· Experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), or other architecture frameworks.\n· Knowledge of aerospace/defense systems and processes\n· Knowledge of modeling and simulation (M&S) tools and practice\nRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
