We are looking for an experienced developer to work with a diverse team of software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to explore and develop solutions in support of AFRL, NASIC, DARPA and other Department of Defense and Intelligence Community projects. The candidate will be expected to develop and integrate software solutions into existing Modeling & Simulation frameworks, such as AFSIM, ITASE, and NGTS, using modern Agile software development practices. We are focused on finding innovative, self-starters who can adapt to a fast-paced, high-profile development effort.\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nUS citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum of 5 years software development experience\nMinimum of 3 years software development in a systems language (C++ preferred)\nExperience following agile development processes\nExperience using source control, issue management, and CI/CD tools such as git, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, Gitlab runners or similar\nExperience developing software for Windows platforms\nDesired Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI security clearance\nExperience working with DoD modeling and simulation frameworks, such as AFSIM, NGTS, and ITASE\nExperience working in integrated development environments such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and CLion\nFamiliarity with modeling and simulation best practices\nExperience developing software for Linux platforms\nFamiliarity with DoD security practices\nRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
