The individual will support advanced remote sensing exploitation functions through detailed technical data analysis and through the development and improvement of techniques and procedures for the Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of remotely sensed data. The position requires working collaboratively with other engineers, scientists, and analysts on complex exploitation issues.\nJob Duties\nUtilize advanced GEOINT tools to analyze and exploit remotely sensed data to produce and disseminate GEOINT products\nProvide technical leadership to teams performing exploitation and process development\nAnalyze and develop processes to support the exploitation of unique, anomalous, and difficult datasets utilizing engineering principles and a physics-based analytical approach\nPerform algorithm development for complex data exploitation processes\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a STEM field (Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Remote Sensing, or other relevant technical field)\nExperience in processing and analyzing remote sensing data\nActive TS clearance with SCI eligibility\nUnderstanding of signal processing techniques for solving new problems\nAbility to work both independently and in a team environment\nStrong technical writing and briefing skills\nDesired Skills and Qualifications:\nInterpretation of image-based data\nExperience with ENVI, ArcGIS, and/or similar software tools\nAbility to code/script, such as in Python, IDL, etc.\nRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
