Successful candidate will also be required to administer cradle-to-grave subcontracts and consultant agreements to include RFP development, drafting agreements, negotiations, administration, documentation, and closeout of agreements in accordance with Radiance policies and procedures and FAR/DFARS requirements.\nRequired Skills:\nProficient with Microsoft Office suite to include Word and Excel\nStrong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and various contract types (IDIQs, GSA Schedules, BPAs, OTAs, Cost, T&M and Fixed Price)\nFamiliarity with various contract types (CPFF, CPFF-LOE CPAF, FFP, T&M, FP-LOE)\nExperience with CPSR requirements including audit preparation and support\nBasic familiarity with small business subcontracting programs\nU.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance \nRequired Experience:\nBachelor’s degree (Additional years of directly related experience may substitute for a degree on a year for year basis)\nMinimum of 5 years of direct experience working with government contracts or subcontracts\nDesired Qualifications:\nAttention to detail and good organization skills\nAble to work independently in a fast-paced and competing deadline environment\nOther duties and projects as assigned\nUnanet ERP experience a plus\nKnowledge of contract/subcontract close out process\nAdditional subcontract experience is highly desired\nRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
