The qualified candidate will provide design, maintenance, sustainment, and enhancement support for the architecture in a classified environment; ensure compliance with applicable information assurance requirements; ensure 24/7 continuity of operations; and create and update relevant system documents. Work hours are normal business hours, however, occasional support during non-business hours may be required. This person will be a major part of a specialized corporate IT and security team primarily focused on building and maintaining program systems that support a growing Air Force mission.\nSuccessful candidates will have the following behavioral competencies:\nGreat attitude with high degree of customer focus.\n\nFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities.\n\nSolid trouble-shooter, problem solver.\n\nReliable and committed to getting the job done (including after hours as required).\n\nExcellent coping skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.\n\nSelf-managed; able to work independently or with a team as well as the leadership skills necessary to lead a group of technical team members as required.\n\nAble to be objective and receive input from specialized team members according to their areas of expertise.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nInstall, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and network devices in WAN/LAN environments and in accordance with applicable cybersecurity policies.\n\nResponsible for Patch Management for a fleet of classified information systems, including Windows and Linux operating systems.\n\nPerform hardware/software implementation and integration, and general infrastructure support.\n\nPrepare documentation related to system configurations and baselines.\n\nResponsible for providing backup and recovery services; managing file systems and disk space.\n\nProvide daily, on-site, support for the operations/maintenance.\n\nPerforms troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network problems.\n\nResponsible for user account and access control management in a domain or stand-alone environment.\n\nRequired Experience\nAdministering SAP and SCI information systems and interfacing them with DoW or Air Force enterprise networks.\n\nMinimum seven (7) years of experience as a System Administrator performing the patching, installation, configuration, maintenance, and flaw remediation of servers, workstations, and other computer components in accordance with all applicable STIGs on a classified network.\n\nBasic knowledge of Risk Management Framework requirements and how they impact the configuration requirements for Windows and Linux systems.\n\nImplementing system and application patch infrastructure in offline air-gapped environments, using tools such as WSUS, SCCM, and Red Hat Satellite.\n\nWorking knowledge of network concepts and Type 1 encryption devices, such as TACLANE.\n\nExperience configuring and securing network equipment (switches and firewalls).\n\nDemonstrated experience deploying and managing multiple networks in a dynamic, demanding air-gapped classified environment.\n\nWorking knowledge of WAN/LAN, to include Cisco-based routers, switches, and firewalls\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers, and senior management.\n\nAbility to manage multiple networks in a dynamic, demanding environment.\n\nMinimum of a valid Top Secret clearance with in-scope background investigation date.\n\nDoD Directive 8570 / 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification. (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)\n\nPrior experience as a System Administrator at an organization of similar size and complexity.\n\nUnderstanding networking concepts and cybersecurity related tools to include, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and vulnerability scanners.\n\nAbility to work in an agile environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery.\n\nDesired Qualifications\nBasic knowledge of Risk Management Framework such as DAAPM/DAAG and JSIG compliance security controls requirements and how they impact the IT configuration requirements for Windows and Linux systems.\n\nStrong risk management skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and conflict management skills.\n\nManaging developer tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, and self-hosted project management applications.\n\nImplementing multifactor (MFA) authentication via RSA Authentication Manager and RSA tokens.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to read documentation and find solutions to technical issues independently.\n\nDemonstrated experience with integrating Linux workstations and servers with Windows Active Directory.\n\nExperience with configuring and executing SIEM tools (e.g. Splunk, ELK), vulnerability management tools (Tenable Nessus), Network Storage devices (e.g. NetApp, Synology, etc.), monitoring tools (e.g. Wireshark, Snort, PRTG, etc.), and compliance tools (e.g. SCAP, SCC Tool, OpenSCAP, etc.).\n\nExperience with providing backup and recovery services; managing file systems and disk space via Samba, NFS, and Veeam.\n\nExperience with desktop and server virtualization using VMWare vSphere.\n\nRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
