The qualified candidate will provide maintenance, sustainment, and enhancement to the IT architecture in a classified environment; ensure compliance with applicable information assurance requirements; ensure 24/7 continuity of operations; and create and update relevant system documents. Work hours are normal business hours, however, occasional support during non-business hours will be required.\nSuccessful candidates will have the following behavioral competencies:\nGreat attitude with high degree of customer focus\nFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities\nSolid trouble-shooter, problem solver\nQuick learner; open to learning new things\nReliable and committed to getting the job done (including after hours as occasionally required)\nExcellent coping skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities\nPossesses the desire to “do things the right way”, follows industry standard processes and guidelines.\nJob Responsibilities\nPerform Installation and Maintenance of Windows Servers and network systems.\nProvide backup and recovery services; manage file systems and disk space;\nInstall and Maintain Windows Servers and network systems.\nTest updates to enterprise system software to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.\nDevelop and document technical processes and procedures as needed.\nPerformance and network tuning\nDevelop best practices with respect to process and documentation/templates\nRequired Skills\n Active Top-Secret clearance with immediate SCI eligibility\nExperienced with PostgreSQL Database installations and backups\n5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.\nExperience administering Red Hat Enterprise Windows Server 2019/2022 servers in a classified environment\nKnowledge of security operations such as security safeguards administration, information assurance.\nNetwork security certification such as Security+ (minimum) or higher\nDesired Qualifications\nSome exposure to Linux systemsExperience installing, configuring, and maintaining Tomcat, Apache, and other webserver installations using PKI infrastructure\nExperience with scripting languages and automation\n\nFamiliarity with load balancing, firewalls and network tools\nRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
