All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nManage compliance activities for NERC registered projects.\nTrack and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered projects.\nWork with NERC Implementation team during construction phase of projects to complete project registration with applicable entities.\nLead meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and more.\nManage workflow for Compliance Analyst.\nRequired Qualifications & Education\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.\nMinimum 4 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles. \nExperience Required\n3+ years’ work experience in NERC Compliance\nExperience Preferred\n4+ years actively managing/supporting a Generator Owner and/or Generator Operator compliance program\nSpecialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications Preferred\nTechnical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards\nNERC Operator Certification strongly preferred\nCompany/Industry Related Knowledge\nExcellent organizational and planning skills\nClear and concise verbal and written communication skills\nStrong interpersonal skills\nAdditional knowledge of ERCOT, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, State Public Utilities Commissions, and IA/PAA operational requirements desirable\nThis position is fully remote and may be based anywhere in the United States.\nThe target hiring range for this position is $100,000-130,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
