All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.\n Role and Responsibilities\nThe candidate will support the fulfilment of a portfolio of technical asset management contracts for solar renewable energy projects, provide engineering consulting services, and support the Portfolio Management, Onboarding and Technical Asset Management teams.\nFulfil technical requirements of the Asset Management contracts:\nTrack and verify Operations & Maintenance (O&M) provider’s response to equipment outages and performance deficiencies, review monthly O&M provider reports.\nManage and maintain tickets reflecting Operations and Maintenance issues; monitor site performance.\nIdentify equipment issues and project underperformance.\nMaintain Radian’s internal software database, Lens, for tracking physical characteristics of the asset, communications, and data integrity.\nTrack emergency weather events.\nReview and correct project data for monthly client reports.\nTrack Performance and Availability Guarantees and work with O&M provider to address anomalies.\nProvide feedback to Technical Lead and Portfolio Manager on O&M performance and field operations.\nAssist with Technical Onboarding of new solar sites including reviewing drawings and identifying assets, creation of asset hierarchy, mapping of data against assets, and review and evaluation of incoming data.\nDocument and provide feedback on procedures for process improvement.\nDrive resolution of straight forward problems.
