All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.\n\nRole and Responsibilities\nThe candidate will lead the fulfillment of a small set of portfolios of technical asset management contracts for solar renewable energy projects, provide engineering consulting services, and support the Portfolio Management, Onboarding and Technical Asset Management teams.\nFulfill technical requirements of the Asset Management contracts: \nEvaluate technical performance of client sites andidentifydata and performance issues and recommendations for improvement \nOversee Operations and Maintenance providers and provide technical feedback and support \nTrack equipment and data outages and take steps to reduce frequency and duration \nManage andmaintaintickets reflecting Operations and Maintenanceissues;monitor site performance \nAnalyze and provide feedback on spares strategy \nParticipate in root cause analysis and problem resolution \nProvide monthly reports of site performance metrics \nDiscuss technical issues with technical and non-technical internal audiences \nAudit performance and availability guarantee reports \nAssist with Technical Onboarding of new solar sites including reviewing drawings and site design, reviewingPVSystand setup of expected energymodel, site data evaluation with feedback to client. \nProvidetechnical guidance on handoff from developer to O&Mprovider,participatein onboarding and turnover calls with client,developerand O&M provider. \nCompare design, modeldataand financial forecasts toidentifygaps and issues. \nDrive resolution of problems of medium complexity and team-based scope. Assist Technical Lead on project resolution and performance analysis asrequired. \nRepresent the team in routine communications with clients and within the organization. \nCoach and train newer team membersonjob specific roles and processes. \nDrive small team improvement initiatives.\nRequired Qualification&Education\nWorking knowledge in the renewable energy performance field. \nProven documentation, presentation, and communication skills \nUniversity Degree with 4 years of experience in the domain.
